Future Appointment Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel or reschedule your session with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the amount of  time booked will be due before a new session is scheduled.

No-Show or Late Policy

I strive to give each guest full attention to their scheduled reservation with me. In the chance that you are late, you will be responsible for the entirety of the time scheduled or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. A No Show will result in total amount of time booked to be due before being able to schedule next visit with me. 

Service Re-do and Change of heart Policy

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. I understand that sometimes a certain look may not be for you. If you change your mind, additional cost will apply to have services redone.

Extension Policy

All extension services are final sale. All deposit or retainers are nonrefundable. Extension services cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled appointment may result in a nonrefundable retainer fee in order to rebook. All hair extensions are final sale. This includes hair wefts and tape extensions.
