Salon Policies.

Future Appointment Cancellation Policy

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice (from the start time of your session), will result in 50% of the value of the appointment due before a new session can be scheduled.

Service Re-do and Change of Heart Policy

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue with no additional charge if booked within 2 weeks. We understand that sometimes a certain look may not be for you. If you change your mind and require a new look, additional cost will apply to have services redone.

No-Show or Late Policy

We Strive to give each guest full attention to their scheduled session. In the chance that you are late, you will be responsible for the entirety of the time you are being serviced from the original start of your session. We will allow a 10 minute grace period or your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will result in our cancellation policy. 

A no-show will result in 100% of the value of the appointment to be due before being able to schedule a new session.

Extension Policy

All extensions are final sale. All deposits or retainers are nonrefundable. Extensions services canceled within 72 hours of appointment may result in a nonrefundable retainer fee to rebook. All hand tied hair extensions are

final sale.


Covid 19 Salon Update

Masks are required to enter the salon and throughout your services. If you are feeling sick or have come in contact with anyone showing symptoms of sickness, please reschedule your appointment.


We are session stylists that charge an hourly rate. Hourly rates are charged by length of time and are all inclusive. Pricing may be subject to change based on the desired result. Prices are always discussed during the consultation and are a quote for services looking to be achieved. We never double book and we look forward to customizing a look for you. Consultations are encouraged before booking a session.

Day of your Scheduled Session

When you arrive at Salon Lofts, located at 9505 W 142nd Street, you will enter into the main lobby where you will see 'Amanda listed in Loft 20 . You will be greeted and taken back to start the consultation process. This usually takes 15 minutes. During this, we will establish a long term plan to reach your hair goals. At home care tips and recommendations will be given as well as styling tips.


We are a gratuity free space and charge our worth. The best tip you could give us is by leaving a review of your experience. If you choose to still tip, please do so in cash. We will not be able to add gratuity to your services.

Booking A Session

Payment & Refunds

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. We do not take personal checks. Please be sure to have exact change if you choose to pay in cash, we do not carry change on the premise. We do not offer refunds for any services. 

The best way to schedule a session is through our online booking site. If you have any questions please fill out the form below and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday.


We carry All Nutrient color line to create beautiful custom color. It is certified organic ingredients. In the salon our styling lines are Hairstory, Innersense, and Reverie. We have an online store to purchase any favorites that are shipped directly to your home.

New Guest Sessions.

New Guest Haircut 1.5 hours

This custom crafted haircut is where we will have a detailed consultation, create a plan, discuss styling and perfect products to keep your effortless style going outside of the salon. A scalp or hair treatment may be added to start your healthy hair journey.

New Guest Color 2.5 hours

This custom color service is perfect for a single color match at the roots (not for Full highlights) or light face framing highlights to enhance your natural color with a haircut or blow-dry.

New Guest Color 4 hours

This custom color is the perfect option for highlighting and/or dimensional color with a haircut. A detailed consultation, creating a plan, and at home care will be discussed to start your hair journey.
